Getting Started
How do I register? Registration is free and takes less than five minutes. Go to the Register Now page, complete the form, and check your email for a confirmation. Once you're registered, you'll be redirected to the job search page and can start browsing immediately.
Is there a cost to register? No. Registration and full access to the World Job Bank are completely free for clinicians.
What types of positions are posted? The World Job Bank includes permanent and locum tenens opportunities for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across all specialties and states.
Searching for Jobs
How do I search for opportunities? Go to the Search Jobs page, enter a keyword, specialty, or location, and click Search. You can refine results further using the filters on the left side of the page.
Can I save jobs I'm interested in? Yes. Click on any job title to open the listing, then click Save For Later. You can view your saved opportunities anytime when you're logged in.
Can I get notified when new jobs are posted? Yes. After running a search, enter a name for the alert and click Save. You'll receive email notifications when new positions matching your criteria are posted. You can create multiple alerts for different specialties or locations.
Working With Recruiters
Who are the recruiters on this platform? Every recruiter on the World Job Bank is a member firm of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR). NAPR members are bound by a Code of Ethics that prohibits charging fees to candidates, requires your consent before your information is shared, and mandates honest representation of every opportunity.
Will a recruiter contact me after I register? You may be contacted by a recruiter if your profile matches an open position. You're never obligated to pursue any opportunity, and your information is not shared without your knowledge.
What can a recruiter help me with? Beyond matching you with open positions, NAPR recruiters can provide guidance on compensation, contracts, and what to expect from a given role or market. They're a resource, not just a matchmaker.
Account & Technical Help
I didn't receive a confirmation email after registering. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at napr@napr.org and we'll get you sorted out.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Go to the login page and click Forgot Password. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset it.
